Any use of the HealthEngine services is entirely voluntary. No individual is ever required to register for a HealthEngine account or to use HealthEngine services.

To register for HealthEngine, you must provide an e-mail address. This is the minimum amount of personally identifiable information required to use the services.
You may voluntarily choose to provide additional categories of information listed below in order to enable HealthEngine to provide particular services. Should you do so, the information may be shared with third parties from time to time, only to the extent necessary to provide the HealthEngine services that you use.

Health Insurance Information.
We may collect your insurance carrier and/or health plan name, Subscriber ID (Policy Number), group number, and coverage information.
Medical Services.

HealthEngine might use your information to obtain Value Price offers from participating medical providers. In the event that you have selected and booked care through HealthEngine at a medical provider which has offered Value Pricing, you are hereby authorizing the medical provider to provide HealthEngine with any and all information required on your behalf to track the claim, verify if and when the conditions of the Value Price have been earned; moreover, in the event that a Value Price rebate has been earned, you hereby fully authorize HealthEngine to use your personal and medical information to reconcile, invoice, and disclose all pertinent information to your plan in detail, as well as to allocate the rebate per HealthEngine’s Membership Agreement.

From time to time, HealthEngine may send email messages that it believes to be relevant and beneficial to HealthEngine users; such messages may include advertisements or promotional messages. To stop receiving our commercial email messages, simply send us an email at support@healthengine.com with the subject “Unsubscribe;” write to us at the below address (include your email address); or use the unsubscribe function in any promotional message you get from us. Even if you opt out of getting our commercial messages, we will still send you transactional or relationship e-mail messages. These include responses to your questions, order confirmations, and other important notices about your account and/or services you have booked through HealthEngine.
You can control cookies and tracking tools.
Your browser may give you the ability to control cookies. How you do so depends on the type of cookie. Certain browsers can be set to reject browser cookies. To control flash cookies, which we may use on certain websites from time to time, you can go here. Why? Because flash cookies cannot be controlled through your browser settings. If you block cookies on your browser, certain features on our sites may not work. Options you select are browser- and device-specific. And, if you block or delete cookies, it is possible that all of the tracking that we have described in this policy may not stop.
Do Not Track.
Some browsers have a “Do Not Track” feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. These features are not yet uniform, so we are not currently set up to respond to those signals.

If you reside in California, you have the right to ask us one time each year whether we have shared personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. These sites and children.
Our site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect or retain personally identifiable information from children under 13 without permission from a parent or guardian. If HealthEngine ever becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete that information.
